We are a Community Interest Company ( CIC ) which was established to provide a range of counselling, psychotherapy and family support services for individuals, couples, families and organizations in the community at limited cost. All profits are reinvested into the Business to provide further services.

We can offer a range of services such as:
- Individual or Family Counselling
- Couple Relationship Counselling
- Independent Social Work
- Mediation
- Mentoring
- Consultation to professionals, parents and carers
- Assessments (Independent of Health & Local Authority*)
- Training in all aspects of Mental Health / Emotional Health & Well Being
*NB If we are commissioned by Statutory services to undertake assessments on their behalf we will always make this clear at the outset of any agreed work.
OUR METHODS
We may use Play, Art, Media, CBT or other Talking Therapies to work with service users.
